Lakeview painting did an outstanding job. Tom and Ben are exceptional painters and their attention to fine details is truly amazing. Tom arrived on time to give us a free estimate. My wife and I agreed on their estimate and we scheduled a start date. The painting started on the agreed date and took two days to complete as promised.Tom and Ben the owners of Lakeview painting are hard working individuals who do impeccable work. They treated and protected our home as if was theirs.  We had just had our hardwood floors refinished two days before the painting started. They took care of our beautiful floors and not a spot of paint could be found. The painting job turned out beautiful. Lakeview uses high quality Sherwin Williams paint. We visited the Sherwin Williams store and picked out our colors. The next day I called Tom with our paint selection and that was it. So EASY!!!! 

Were so happy we selected Lakeview Painting and we recommend them very highly. One last thing. I called Tom after the job was complete. I asked him what type of paint they used for the trim so I could purchase some for a heating vent that wasn't installed and needed to be painted. We have used Lakeview Painting before, they painted almost our entire former house.  We just moved and had them remove wallpaper and paint our new house.  Every time we have used them, we have been extremely happy with their work.  Tom and Ben do a fantastic job. They are very thorough and detailed in their work.  Our house looks great. I have no idea how they compare on price because we never even consider anyone else to paint for us. That said, I think their pricing is fair.  I highly recommend them for any painting project-they are the best.

The most recent project, as well as the previous two projects, turned out beautifully. I've used Ben & Tom for all my painting for several reasons. They are true professionals, do an absolutely perfect job of repairing walls, prepping, and painting. They are ALWAYS prompt and good to their word as to when they will do the project. The best part is: When they leave you don't even know they were there other than your walls are a different color. They clean everything up and are neat while working. Truly, I can't rate this company high enough and will never have another painter in my home!

Lakeview painted 7 rooms and 2 hallways in our residence. They also removed the wallpaper from 4 of the areas prior to painting and repaired all minor plaster imperfections.  The finished product was everything we wanted and more.  Lakeview Painting was great and they completed everything they said they would on time. They were very punctual, did a great clean-up, and their price was fair and very competitive. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a painting contractor.

I called their office and talked to Ben.  He came out to the house the very next day to see what needed to be done. After showing him the crack in the ceiling, he was very thorough in his explanation of what might have happened and that he saw no problem in repairing it.  (We ended up choosing Lakeview because of this and the price being reasonable).  Our other two places that we contacted for estimates weren't too sure about the crack in the ceiling even though one of them gave us a lower price for the job.  Ben was very pleasant and very thorough.  He told us he would send me an email at work with the estimate, which he did within three days.  After calling them on Wednesday to see when they could start, he told me they could start that following Monday the 14th of November and that it would only take two days.  He called me the weekend before to tell me to go pick out what colors we wanted and that they would pick the paint up (which was included in the estimate).  Ben was very helpful and again very thorough in his recommendations on what kind or type of paint to get for both the ceiling and walls.  My husband was the one that stayed home on Monday and Tuesday when they did the work.  He couldn't say enough good things about them.  They were very professional, thorough, clean and I still can't believe they got the job done in less than two days.  I always heard that wallpaper  was a pain to take down and our living room is a very large room.  I can't say enough about the quality of their paint job also.  Our ceiling looks better than ever and you wouldn't even know where the huge crack was.  I love my new living room and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  As a matter of fact, I'm waiting to hear from them for another estimate for another job in our home.

Ben and Tom did a wonderful job of painting my condo, to sum it up, I couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish the job was done in a professional manner; I think they are the BEST!! Met with Ben a few days for an estimate on both interior and exterior painting. He was very thorough and professional in his conduct. Sent me a detailed estimate within 24 hours.

He and his crew arrived on-time as promised. Very polite and professional in their appearance and conduct (which is very important to me). Finished the exterior paint job in a day. Their quality of work exceeded my expectations. Cleaned up my property as if they were never even there.
